Our Chef’s Tasting Menu experience is a degustation, or sampling, of a variety of foods. The table will be in our dining room and the location is based on your party size. If you'd like to make a room request, you can do so when completing your reservation.

Course 2: Saucisson Sec Plate (Fennel & Garlic Pate, Caramelized Onion Vinaigrette, Huacatay, Pique Pepper Marmalade, Chicharonnes)
Course 3: Whole Roasted Dover Sole (Bone-in Dover Sole, Petite Summer Squash, Smoked Oysters Meuniere)
Course 4: BBQ Lamb with Smoked Tomato Tart (Lamb Chop, Tomato Tart, Bordelaise)
